Victims Services delivers and supports a range of programs and services to respond to the needs of victims of crime.

Supports for victims in the immediate aftermath of a crime or tragedy, and throughout the criminal justice process.

Programs developed to support Aboriginal victims of crime.

Programs that address the needs of victims of specific crimes, including domestic violence and sexual assault.

Support for children and other vulnerable witnesses who are required to testify in court.

Programs to address the needs of children who have been exposed to violence.

Support and information for families of persons who are missing.

An opportunity for victims to tell the court how a crime has affected them.

Financial compensation to reimburse victims for expenses resulting from criminal acts of personal violence.

Programs to assist victims in collecting court-ordered restitution from offenders.
