The 2014 Saskatchewan Provincial Court Commission has been established.
Doug Hodson, Q.C., of Saskatoon will sit as Chair of the Commission. The other two members of the Commission are Michelle J. Ouellette, Q.C., of Saskatoon, and
Doug Frondall of Saskatoon.

Due to constitutional requirements, the Commission is established every three years under The Provincial Court Act, 1998, in order to conduct an independent, objective review of salaries, benefits, and pensions for Provincial Court Judges. The Commission will submit its report on or before December 31, 2014. Any changes to salaries and benefits will be effective April 1st, 2015.
