Installation of a new video-conferencing system at the Prince Albert Provincial Court ensures residents of northern Saskatchewan have better access to court services.

The legislation includes:

  • residential property in Saskatchewan, not located on federal land;
  • any rental agreement with a person under 18 years of age; and
  • most "room and board" arrangements.
