A Domestic Violence Court opened in Regina in March 2008 and additional support will be provided for the existing courts in the Battlefords and Saskatoon..

Four Victim/Witness Programs provide court orientation and support to children and other vulnerable witnesses who are required to testify in court. The programs' goal is to help reduce the fear, anxiety and further trauma that may occur through testifying. The four programs, located in regional prosecutions offices, offer services throughout the province.
