The Trusts Convention Implementation Act

The Trusts Convention Implementation Act applies the Convention on the Law applicable to Trusts and on Their Recognition to Saskatchewan.

The Convention provides a protocol for civil law jurisdictions, unfamiliar with the concept of a trust, to recognize and enforce trust provisions.
