The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006

The Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 applies to landlords and tenants of most residential accommodations in Saskatchewan.  The Act sets out the rights and obligations of landlords and tenants in easily understood language, and provides clarity and  predictability to residential rental agreements.
