Pilot Project Area

The Support Variation Project operates as a pilot project in the Regina area and maintains a smaller satellite office in Saskatoon at the Family Justice Services Branch - Social Work Unit.

• For persons wanting a facilitated variation process, one of the two parties must be a resident of the Regina area. The facilitated process will take place in Regina. Parties can arrange to communicate and transact with the Variation Officer and Variation Clerk by telephone, fax, or email if they reside outside the Regina area.
• Any resident of Saskatchewan who represents him/herself in court can get assistance with the Variation Kit or other forms, provided he/she attends at the Regina or Saskatoon office during work hours.
• Any resident of Saskatchewan can contact the Support Variation Project staff for information or resources related to child support and family law.
