Saskatchewan Justice

When an Act gives jurisdiction to a judge rather than to the court to which he or she belongs, unless the Act provides otherwise, The Judges' Orders Enforcement Act gives the judge the same jurisdiction with respect to procedure, costs, and enforcement of his or her orders as he or she would ordinarily have in court.

Every order made by a Saskatchewan Queen's Bench judge may be filed with the nearest local registrar of the Court of Queen's Bench and then is enforceable as an order of that Court.
