List of summaries, consolidations and regulations The Guarantee Companies Securities ActThe Guarantee Companies Securities Act permits a guarantee company licensed under The Saskatchewan Insurance Act to grant guarantees, bonds, policies or contracts for the surety and fidelity of employed persons, in legal proceedings, or for other similar purposes. Where security by bond with sureties is required, a bond, policy or guarantee contract of a guarantee company may be substituted.
