Victim surcharge fines were raised in 2008 to hold offenders more accountable for their actions and will be used to provide improved services to the victims of crime.


 

Incorporation Process 

How do I incorporate in Saskatchewan?

You must complete and file the following forms with the Corporations Branch.

  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Notice of Registered Office
  • Consent to Act as First Director (if applicable)
  • Request for Name Search and Reservation

 

You must also send:

  • Bylaws
  • The $265 (or $65) incorporation fee*; and
  • The $20 name search fee
