The following solicitors are employed in the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General as designates of the Attorney General for purposes of accepting service of documents to be served on the Crown under The Proceedings Against the Crown Act.


Pursuant to Rule 667 of The Queen's Bench Rules 

The following solicitors are employed in the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General as designates of the Attorney General for purposes of accepting service of documents to be served on the Attorney General under Part Fifty-two of The Queen's Bench Rules in matters other than proceedings to which the Criminal Code applies.
