This three day workshop is an opportunity to develop knowledge and skills for effective negotiation. The session will emphasize practical application of negotiation and allow participants to work through a variety of negotiation scenarios. This training would be beneficial to any one who regularly uses negotiation in their work, or those who are planning and implementing effective negotiation training within an organization.

The workshop will include the following areas of study and practice:

• Preparing yourself and clients for negotiation.
• Negotiation Planning
• Understanding and working with competitive and collaborative approaches.
• Creating and taking value.
• Influencing and Negotiation.
• Managing people, process and substance in difficult negotiation.
• Dealing with strategies and tactics.
• Forging Agreements.
• Feedback and debriefing.

Session will incorporate presentations, practice, and individual feedback. ­­­­­

Courses will be offered subject to adequate enrolment. Enrolment for these courses is limited. We require three weeks notice, in case of cancellation. You may be charged a cancellation fee, unless you find a replacement. The cancellation fee is determined by the cost of the course, less $100.
