The Companies Winding Up Act

The Companies Winding Up Act provides a mechanism for companies and societies to voluntarily wind-up their operations, liquidate and dissolve. This Act is necessary for companies and societies that are incorporated under private acts and not under The Business Corporations Act or The Non-profit Corporations Act which contain dissolution procedures.
