    Ending a Tenancy By the tenant
A tenant must give a written notice (Form 6 - Notice to Landlord to Terminate Tenancy) by at least the last day of the preceding period and may also depend on the lease agreement. A tenant may give more immediate notice if there is a serious breach of the agreement.
