Taking your concerns to the Information and Privacy Commissioner If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the government institution or local authority, you may want to contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for additional assistance. You may request a review of access decisions made by an institution under The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act or a local authority under The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, for example, if there is a:
